HeartBooth privacy policy

Hearts you create are published for anyone to see. We never post to your Facebook timeline without your agreement. There are buttons in the app that post images and text to your timeline, but these are clearly indicated as such.

We may store any information given to us about Facebook and any information generated while you use the app, such as mouse movements, button clicks and webcam data. If you connect with Facebook we may get your name, gender and user ID and additionally any data you have accessible to the public on Facebook. Additionally we may store your IP address.

All data is stored "in the cloud" on Google app engine servers, of which we may take local backups that may be stored elsewhere.

Terms of Service

By using the app, you agree not to act in a manner that could annoy other users or the admins. Further you agree to let us use the images you take, including using them to market the site as example screenshots or displayed on the site in lists such as by ranking or in recent pictures.
